WordPress Email Delivery Expert (SMTP, DNS, cPanel) – Fix Contact Form & Outgoing Email Issues

We're looking for an experienced WordPress developer/system administrator to diagnose and fix email delivery issues on a WordPress website. The ideal freelancer should be able to identify whether the issue is caused by WordPress, SMTP configuration, hosting, DNS records, or the mail server. Scope of work: Diagnose why WordPress emails are not being delivered. Configure and test SMTP (if required). Fix contact form email issues. Verify and correct DNS records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) if needed. Check hosting/server mail configuration. Ensure password reset, WooCommerce (if applicable), and admin notification emails are working. Test email delivery to major providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Provide a brief summary of the root cause and the fix. Requirements: Strong experience with WordPress email troubleshooting. Experience with SMTP plugins and mail services (Brevo, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Gmail SMTP, etc.). Knowledge of cPanel/WHM, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
