Workflow & AI Automation Specialist - Vibe Coding/Claude/Agents or Other System For Watch Brand

About us We're a UK luxury watch and accessories brand. We run a lot of manual processes and want an AI automation builder — someone who thinks in Claude, agents, AI and workflows — to design and ship practical systems that save us hours every week. We'll start with one or two high-impact automations, prove the value, then expand. What you'll build (we'll prioritise together). Operations: order/fulfilment and return alerts, customer-service auto-drafts and routing, a daily "needs my attention" digest Accounting: invoice/receipt capture, chasing, landed cost analysis into our accounting software (Xero), expense categorisation, automated sales & cash summaries Marketing: Shopify diagnostics ERP: create flexible business dashboards Tech approach (Claude-first - if better alternative, then happy to listen) Built around Claude (API + models) and MCP / agent tooling, with Make/n8n/Zapier as glue where it helps, plus light Python/JS, webhooks and API integrations with our e-commerce, accounting (Xero), Google Workspace and email tools. We value reliable, maintainable, data-safe systems over fancy architecture. Open to new ideas here also. You're a great fit if you Have shipped real AI automations a business uses daily, know the Claude API / MCP / agent design, are comfortable wiring up APIs and no-code tools, and can turn a fuzzy problem into the simplest thing that works — then document it so we can run it. Retail or accounting/finance experience is a bonus. How we'll work: start with a small paid pilot (one automation) to test the fit, weekly check-ins, clean documented handovers. Ongoing work very likely for the right person.
