AI Agent Setup and Workflow Automation

We are looking for an experienced technical freelancer to set up a Hostinger Virtual Private Server (VPS), deploy an AI Hermes Agent, and build a secure, end-to-end operational workflow automation. This system will handle core internal data routing and processing routines autonomously. A comprehensive architectural and workflow chart mapping out data paths, decision nodes, and specific software endpoints has already been finalized. This will be shared immediately with the selected freelancer during the project kickoff. Scope of Work: VPS Setup & Optimization: Provision and harden a clean Ubuntu/Linux instance on Hostinger VPS. Configure firewalls, access controls (SSH keys), and reliable logging. Hermes Agent Deployment: Deploy and tune the AI Hermes model/agent environment, ensuring optimal token processing, context window handling, and API connectivity. Workflow Integration: Translate our workflow reference chart into clean, deterministic execution scripts or automation platform configurations (e.g., n8n, Node-RED, or raw Python/Node.js microservices). Rigorous Testing: Conduct error handling, data schema validation, and edge-case testing to ensure zero-drop data queues. Required Technical Expertise: Hostinger VPS administration / Linux System Administration Local/Open-Source LLM implementation (Hermes Agent deployment) API & Webhook integrations Backend development (Python or Node.js) Automation environments (n8n, Node-RED, or custom Docker-based pipelines) Compliance & Security Requirements: Because this automation handles sensitive operational data, strict regulatory adherence is non-negotiable. The architecture you build must comply with global privacy frameworks (GDPR) and HIPAA benchmarks. This requires: Data encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS, encrypted database volumes). Zero persistent storage of Protected Health Information (PHI) within non-compliant log trails. Strict environment variable isolation for keys and credentials. Project Deliverables & Target Timeline: We anticipate this project taking roughly 2 to 4 weeks. Milestones will be structured as follows: Milestone 1 (25%): Environment Setup & Architecture Alignment — Hostinger VPS provisioned, hardened, and Hermes Agent running in a baseline environment. Review and sign-off on the provided workflow chart. Milestone 2 (50%): Core Workflow Automation — Complete integration of the primary data flows and logic branches mapped in the reference chart. Milestone 3 (25%): Security Compliance Audit, Testing & Handover — Verification of HIPAA/GDPR data handling protocols, successful end-to-end dry runs, and final deployment handover documentation. Note regarding Workflow Reference Chart: The complete architecture, business rules, and integration endpoints are fully mapped out and ready to go. To safeguard operational privacy, these documents will be transferred under NDA during the kickoff call.
