AI Agentic Systems Developer Needed, Multi-Agent AI, RAG & Workflow Automation

We are looking for an experienced AI Agentic Systems Developer to join us on an ongoing project basis. We are specifically looking for someone who has built real AI agents and autonomous multi-step workflows, not just simple chatbots or applications that send prompts to an LLM and return responses. What We Need The ideal developer should be able to design and build AI systems that can: Understand a high-level user goal Break complex tasks into multiple steps Decide which tools, APIs, or data sources to use Execute actions through external tools and APIs Maintain context, state, and memory Evaluate results and continue or modify the workflow Handle failures, retries, and edge cases Escalate to a human when necessary Required Experience You should have hands-on experience with several of the following: Multi-agent AI systems Agent orchestration and autonomous workflows LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, or similar frameworks Tool calling and function calling MCP servers and MCP tools RAG and GraphRAG systems Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, PGVector, or similar LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini Python and FastAPI PostgreSQL and/or other production databases REST API and third-party API integrations Docker and production deployment Important Please do not apply if your experience is limited to: Basic ChatGPT API integrations Simple prompt → response chatbots Basic AI content generators Fixed n8n/Zapier automations without custom agent logic We are looking for developers who understand the difference between AI automation and true agentic systems. How the agent handled memory, state, and multi-step execution. Which frameworks and technologies you personally implemented. Your availability and expected hourly rate. We are looking for someone who can potentially work with us on ongoing AI agentic development projects, so practical production experience is more important than simply having a long list of AI tools on your profile.
