AI Automation Engineer – Claude / Anthropic API integration Alternative title: AI Growth Systems

What we need built Operational systems and workflows across our demand side: • Business development – pipeline, outreach cadence, follow-up • Sales – quote-to-close workflow, wired into our existing estimating agent • Marketing – content and distribution systems (LinkedIn primary) • Lead generation – a repeatable engine, not one-off campaigns You’ll design the workflow for each, then build it inside our environment. This runs on top of live data in our systems, so the integration backbone matters. Must have • Real RevOps / GTM automation experience for trades, construction, or B2B services – shipped systems with outcomes, not generic marketing theory • Claude / Anthropic API, MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool use • HubSpot – building pipelines, workflows, and API integrations • Automation platforms – n8n or Make, not only Zapier • Comfortable reading and writing to business systems via API (HubSpot, Xero, AroFlo) Bonus • AroFlo experience (our job management system) • Built a lead-gen or sales engine end to end for a services SME • Experience extending, not replacing, an existing AI agent setup How we’ll work Start by reviewing our current agents and stack and recommending the build sequence. Then we run one scoped function first as a paid, fixed-price proof – for example, a working BD outreach-and-follow-up workflow in HubSpot. If it lands, we scope the rest. Everything is built in our own accounts, documented, and remains our property. We retain ownership of the agent architecture and strategy – you’re building to our design, not installing your own platform. Not a fit Roadmap-only strategists, agencies pitching their own platform, no-code-only builders who can’t touch an API, and prompt engineers. We have the infrastructure and the direction.
