AI Automation Engineer & Workflow Developer (Make/n8n/APIs, Voice agents, Whatsapp integration)

Job Description: We are a rapidly scaling AI Automation Agency (AAA) servicing clients in the US, UK, and Europe. We help businesses eliminate manual work, optimize their workflows, and scale their operations by building custom end-to-end AI solutions. We are looking for a brilliant, versatile AI Automation Developer / Software Engineer to join our team for a long-term partnership. We want a reliable technical partner to whom we can pass client projects on a continuous basis. What you will be building (Examples of our services): Intelligent Workflow Automation: Building advanced multi-step automations using Make.com, n8n, or custom Python/Node.js scripts. AI Assistants & Multi-Agent Workflows: Creating internal AI tools, custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge bases, and multi-agent setups (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph, Relevance AI). CRM & ERP Integrations: Connecting AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) seamlessly with client software ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Monday.com) via custom webhooks and APIs. Conversational AI: Deploying both text-based AI chat solutions (WhatsApp/Web) and voice-based AI agents (Vapi/Retell AI) where needed. Data & Document Processing: Automating unstructured data extraction (PDF invoices, emails, receipts) using AI parsing tools. Requirements: Deep, proven experience with Make.com and/or n8n. Strong coding fundamentals (Python/JavaScript) to handle custom API requests and webhooks when no-code tools hit their limit. Expertise in Prompt Engineering, structuring clean JSON payloads, and working with vector databases for custom data retention. Ability to think like a solution architect, not just a task-follower. Fluent English and good communication skills.
