II'm building something bigger than marketing automation: an AI chief of staff and second brain for local business owners, real estate agents and brokers, hospitality operators, and hotels/lodging to start. The idea: give a business owner what a great personal assistant would do for them if they could afford one. Every morning they get a plain-English briefing, what needs their attention today, what happened overnight, what's coming up. Every guest or client interaction gets remembered and used, not just logged. Underneath, this runs on GoHighLevel: instant call/text response, automated follow-up, and a growing memory of each client's specific business. Live client work already in place: a full paid-ads, SEO, and website build for a Caribbean bar/restaurant, plus a real estate agent site and lead-gen build in progress. Where this is headed: home services (HVAC and similar trades) is the next vertical once the first three are proven out, not active yet. I'm looking for one person to grow with across this expanding practice, not move between short-term gigs. What you'd be doing: - Set up and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts, one per client, with white-labeled automations tailored to their business - Real estate clients: pair GHL with an IDX solution (IDX Broker, RealtyCandy, or similar) so live listings show on their site - Hospitality clients: reservation/waitlist follow-up, review requests, loyalty and event promotion sequences - Lodging clients: booking/channel manager integration (Cloudbeds, Mews, or similar), pre-arrival and post-stay guest messaging, review requests across Google, TripAdvisor, and Booking.com - Build the daily/weekly owner briefing: a short, plain-English summary of what happened and what needs attention, not just a raw activity log - Extend or troubleshoot existing automations as new clients come on What I need from you: - A genuine AI/automation professional: fluent in how CRM and marketing automation platforms work (GoHighLevel or similar), comfortable picking one up quickly rather than requiring prior experience on this exact platform - Hands-on with LLM/AI APIs and prompt engineering: can configure conversational AI or voice agents and tune the prompts that drive their tone and judgment, not just wire together no-code triggers - Comfortable with light scripting (Python or JavaScript) and API/webhook integration for anything the point-and-click tools can't do natively - Can turn raw activity data into a clear, plain-English owner briefing, not just a dashboard dump - Comfortable working from a short written brief, async, with a non-technical founder - Versatility over narrow specialization, and genuine interest in growing into new verticals (home services/HVAC is next) as this practice expands, rather than a fixed one-off scope To start: a small paid trial project, one client build, before any ongoing retainer.
