AI Integration Developer Needed for API and Chatbot Integration

We are building out AI-driven features for our existing web platform and need an experienced developer who can integrate AI models and APIs cleanly into a production environment. This is not a from-scratch build. You will be working within an existing codebase and your job is to wire in the AI layer, whether that is a conversational chatbot, an OpenAI API integration, or a custom RAG pipeline that pulls from our own data sources. What you will be working on: - Integrating OpenAI or Anthropic API into the backend with proper prompt engineering and response handling - Building a context-aware chatbot using LangChain or LlamaIndex that maintains memory across sessions - Setting up a RAG pipeline with a vector database such as Pinecone or pgvector so the AI can answer questions from our documents - Securing all API keys, handling rate limiting, and ensuring clean error handling throughout - Providing clear documentation of every endpoint and integration point you create The ideal candidate has done this type of integration before and can show a working example. We are not looking for someone to figure it out along the way. We need clean, tested, production-ready code delivered on time.
