We are looking for an experienced automation or AI developer to build an AI-powered lead pipeline for our existing real estate CRM.
The goal is to automatically capture, organize, qualify, score, and route incoming real estate leads so agents can quickly identify the best opportunities and follow up faster.
Project Scope
The system should:
Capture leads from website forms, landing pages, Facebook leads, or webhook/API sources
Send new leads into our existing real estate CRM
Clean and organize lead information
Identify missing or incomplete lead data
Use AI or rule-based logic to qualify leads
Assign a lead score based on buyer or seller intent
Categorize leads as hot, warm, cold, or unqualified
Detect whether the lead is a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or investor
Extract important details from lead messages
Recommend the next follow-up action
Create CRM tasks or reminders
Route leads to the correct agent or pipeline stage
Prevent duplicate leads
Log the automation status and errors
