AI powered logistics platform [MVP]

We are looking for an experienced full-stack team or senior developer to design, build, and deploy an AI-powered logistics platform for a regional transportation company. The goal of the MVP is to streamline shipment booking, dispatching, route optimization, and real-time shipment tracking through a modern web application. Users will be able to create shipment requests, view shipment status, manage drivers and vehicles, and receive automated ETA updates. The platform should leverage AI to recommend optimal driver-load assignments, predict delivery delays, and provide intelligent route suggestions based on historical and real-time data. The project includes UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, database architecture, third-party integrations (maps, notifications, authentication), QA testing, cloud deployment, and production launch. The solution should be responsive across desktop and mobile devices, with separate portals for customers, dispatchers, and administrators. This MVP must be delivered from design through production deployment within 8 weeks, with weekly milestones and demo reviews throughout the development cycle.
