AI Security Watchdog Desktop App (Windows)

Hi, I'm looking for a developer to build a simple Windows desktop application that works as an AI-powered security assistant. The main idea is to have a lightweight app running in the background that monitors important activities on my computer and explains them in simple English using an AI model like OpenAI or Claude. For example, if a new process starts, a USB device is connected, or a startup program is added, the app should notify me and explain what happened, whether it's something normal or potentially suspicious, and what I should do next. Some features I'm looking for include: - Monitor newly started processes - Detect USB devices being connected or removed - Monitor changes to Windows startup programs - Watch selected folders such as Desktop, Downloads, and Documents - Show desktop notifications when something changes - Use an AI API to explain events in plain English This is not intended to be an antivirus or enterprise security product. The goal is simply to have a personal AI assistant that helps me understand what's happening on my computer. The interface can be simple. I care more about functionality, clean code, and a solid foundation that can be expanded with more features later.
