AI Solutions Architect / Senior Full Stack Engineer Needed Build an AI-Powered Business Intelligence & Operations Platform We are looking for an experienced AI-focused software engineer or small development team to build a custom business intelligence and operations platform. Our goal is not to build everything from scratch. We are looking for someone who understands how to leverage AI, automation frameworks, existing software, browser automation, APIs, and open-source technologies to build a powerful application efficiently and cost effectively. The ideal candidate knows when to build custom solutions and when to leverage existing tools. A detailed technical specification has already been prepared and will be shared with qualified applicants after an NDA is signed. ⸻ The Project We are building a cross-platform desktop application (Windows and Mac) that will become our company’s primary management and reporting platform. The application will: * Connect to Mindbody Business * Retrieve and organize operational data (API access is not available, so browser automation or another reliable approach will be required) * Store historical business data * Display executive dashboards and KPIs * Generate AI-powered summaries and recommendations * Automate reporting and workflows * Provide a modern, intuitive user interface * Be designed for future expansion with additional modules and integrations ⸻ Our Development Philosophy We are looking for someone who can architect the best solution—not simply write code. We encourage applicants to leverage AI-assisted development, existing software, open-source libraries, automation tools, and commercial services whenever they reduce development time, cost, and long-term maintenance. We value smart architecture over unnecessary custom development. ⸻ Preferred Experience Experience with the following is preferred: * React * TypeScript * Python * FastAPI * Playwright (preferred) or Selenium * Windows and macOS desktop application development * Database design * AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) * REST APIs * Git Experience with Mindbody Business or similar business management platforms is a plus. ⸻ Deliverables The completed project should include: * Production-ready Windows and macOS applications * Complete source code * Secure connection to Mindbody Business * Automated data synchronization * Executive dashboards * Local database * AI-generated reporting * Installation packages for both Windows and Mac * Documentation * Testing and bug fixes ⸻ Proposal Requirements To be considered, please include: 1.
