I’m looking for a freelancer to build an automated lead-generation and outreach system that finds U.S. businesses without websites.
The goal is to create a workflow that identifies local businesses with no website presence, scores the best leads, and supports email outreach first. I’m open to using OpenClaw, Ollama, and other automation tools if they are the right fit.
What I need built
A system to find U.S. businesses that do not have websites.
A process to verify whether a business truly has no active website.
Lead enrichment with business name, category, city, phone, email, and other useful public data.
AI-based lead scoring and message personalization.
A compliant cold email workflow.
Optional SMS workflow.
A dashboard or spreadsheet/CRM output to manage leads, outreach status, and replies.
Preferred approach
I’m open to the best technical stack, but I’d like the solution to be practical, maintainable, and scalable. I’m happy to use:
