Build and Integrate Custom AI Voice Bots with Vicidial

We are looking for an experienced AI Voice/Telephony developer to build and integrate our own AI voice bots with our existing hosted Vicidial environment. We currently use a third-party AI voice bot provider but want to replace them with our own solution so we have full control over conversation logic, prompts, and future updates. Important: We do not want to replace our existing Vicidial server or VoIP provider. The new AI solution must work with our current infrastructure. Current Workflow Hosted Vicidial places outbound calls from uploaded lead lists. When a customer answers, Vicidial routes the call to an AI voice bot (currently via Remote Agents). - The AI bot asks 2–10 qualification questions. - If the lead qualifies, the bot transfers the live call back into a Vicidial In-Group where the longest-waiting agent receives the call. Scope of Work - Build and configure an AI voice bot using a low-latency Voice AI platform. - Integrate the AI platform with our existing hosted Vicidial via BYOT SIP trunk. - Create the conversational flow and qualification logic. - Configure webhook/SIP call transfer so qualified calls are seamlessly handed back to Vicidial agents. - Ensure low latency and reliable call handoff. - Provide documentation and a brief walkthrough so our team can edit prompts and scripts independently after delivery. Deliverables - Fully working AI voice bot integrated with our hosted Vicidial. - BYOT SIP integration configured and tested. - Qualification workflow and agent transfer functioning correctly. - Prompt/script editing guidance for our team. - Basic documentation of the setup.
