ClickUp Expert Needed for Workspace Consolidation & Workflow Optimization

We're looking for an experienced ClickUp Expert to help us consolidate and optimize our workspace after a recent team merger. Our current ClickUp environment contains duplicate projects, inconsistent folder structures, outdated automations, and multiple workflows created by different teams. We need someone to simplify our workspace, standardize our processes, and create a scalable project management system. This is a one-time engagement, with the opportunity for future ClickUp consulting and optimization projects.
