Data Engineer for Telehealth Startup

We’re a telehealth startup. We've previously had some work done, and will need someone to take ownership of that to support our Medical Ops, Business Ops, and Marketing teams. We’re looking for someone who can think scrappy (not crappy) about how to design and manage our data. Current Stack: * Airbyte * DBT * Redshift Serverless * Looker Various Data Sources: * MySQL (AWS RDS) for application Data * Chargebee (subscriptions) * Customer.io * Marketing/Ad accounts Your role will be to: * Design and implement ETL pipelines from our application database into our small data warehouse * Own and Recommend any data infra tooling * Ensure the pipelines are reliable, performant, and easy for our small team to maintain. * Work with us to define schedules, monitoring, and error handling that make sense at our scale. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience building ETLs for small or mid-size companies * Can understand Business Question in order to provide the right solutions and source the correct data. * Familiarity with open-source or budget-friendly ETL frameworks (Airbyte, Singer, dbt, custom Python, etc.). * Clear communication and documentation skills.
