Developer Needed – TikTok API Integration + Private Scheduling Dashboard for Multi-Account Posting

We're a band looking to streamline our TikTok content workflow. We need a developer to build a private tool that lets us manage and schedule posts across multiple TikTok accounts from one dashboard. Scope of work: TikTok API Setup Register and configure access to TikTok's official API (Content Posting API / for Developers) for our use case. Set up the necessary app credentials, authentication flow (OAuth), and account-linking process so we can connect multiple TikTok accounts securely. Private Web App / Dashboard Build a private, login-protected website for two users (myself and my bandmate). Ability to connect and manage a large number of TikTok accounts (scaling toward hundreds) from one interface. Upload/queue video posts and assign them to one or multiple connected accounts. Scheduling system to auto-post at specified intervals (e.g., every 4 hours) or set times. Basic status view showing what's scheduled, posted, or failed, with error/retry handling. Nice to have: Ability to bulk-upload content and captions (e.g., via CSV). Requirements: Proven experience with TikTok's official API or similar social media scheduling integrations. Experience building secure, login-protected web apps (any modern stack is fine — React/Node, Django, etc.). Familiarity with TikTok's developer policies and rate limits, since this involves connecting many accounts.
