Developer needed to update web app, based in construction

Project Overview:I have a mobile-first web app for construction management built with Next.js 14 (App Router), Supabase (Auth/DB/RLS), and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel. The core app is ready and working, but I need a senior developer to optimize performance, handle edge cases, and make it robust for real-world production.Key Tasks:Fix lag/latency during user clicks by implementing proper Loading States (spinners/skeletons) in Next.js.Implement robust error handling (Try/Catch blocks) on all write/capture actions to handle poor internet connection in construction sites.Optimize Supabase database queries by adding indexes on foreign keys to handle large Excel imports (Opus/Neodata formats).Integrate Sentry for error tracking and monitoring.Requirements:Must sign an NDA before getting repository access.Proven experience with Next.js 14 App Router and Supabase RLS.Spanish speaker is a huge plus (write "CONSTRUCCION" at the top of your proposal so I know you read this).
