Experienced Front-End Developer Needed for CoffeeCup Site Designer (Specialist or Willing to Learn)

This is not a web design project. I already have a complete design, the required template, and the CoffeeCup Site Designer software. I need an experienced front-end developer to implement the existing design into the new template while keeping the project fully editable. If you have not used CoffeeCup Site Designer before, please download the free trial and familiarize yourself with the software before submitting a proposal. I am looking for someone who is confident they can work with this platform.
