Fine-tuning a computer vision model for surgical phase detection and zone polygon detection

We need to fine-tune two computer vision models: (1) surgical phase detection and (2) spatial zone detection in a polygon. For (1), it's temporal prediction only, and for (2), we need both temporal and spatial predictions. The evaluation metrics will be precision, recall, macro f1, and AP50/75.
