We build custom AI-powered operating systems for service businesses — connecting customer communication, internal workflows, automation, integrations, and AI agents into reliable business software. We’re looking for a real full-stack engineer with strong fundamentals and meaningful production experience. You should already be using modern AI development tools — Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, autonomous coding agents, Factory AI, Devin-style agents, etc. — but this is not a role where AI can carry you. We will be evaluating candidates with practical engineering tests. If you cannot independently design, debug, and ship working software without AI doing the thinking for you, this will not be a fit. What we’re looking for: - 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience - Strong track record shipping production software - Strong TypeScript / React / Node experience - Strong Python experience - Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LLM workflows, agents, and tool-calling systems - Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, databases, auth, queues, background jobs, and third-party integrations - Uses AI tools daily, but understands their limitations and can verify/debug the output - Able to reason through messy business workflows and turn them into clean, maintainable systems - Strong communication, ownership, and product judgment - Comfortable working directly with founder/lead dev in a fast-moving environment Important: We are looking for real engineers, not AI operators pretending to be engineers. AI fluency is valuable, but fundamentals, judgment, and execution matter more. Candidates should expect technical screening and practical tests.
