Full Stack Developer / Agency – Custom Multi-Tenant SaaS ERP & CRM Manufacturing Platform

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer or a specialized Software Development Agency to architect and build a custom, end-to-end Multi-Tenant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & CRM System for our manufacturing operations. This platform will digitize and streamline our entire workflow—from lead acquisition and proposal generation to multi-stage manufacturing, multi-location inventory control, financial accounting, and basic HR/payroll. Core Scope of Work & Modules 1. Architecture & Security Multi-Tenant & Multi-User Support: Enterprise-grade tenant isolation, granular role-based access control (RBAC), and user permissions. Security: Integrated Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and secure session management. 2. Sales & CRM Lead Lifecycle Management: Lead generation, tracking, appointment scheduling, and closing workflows. Salesforce Operations: Sales rep management, custom commission structures, and performance tracking. Dynamic Catalog & Pricing: Product catalog with support for multi-tiered and customer-specific price levels. Document Generation: Automated Proposal Generator and Quotation Generator. 3. Manufacturing & Operations Order Management: Seamless processing of customer orders into production queues. Production Control: Batch creation, initiation, and tracking across a multi-stage manufacturing process. Inventory Control: Multi-location inventory management, raw material tracking, and procurement workflows. 4. Finance & Billing Vendor Management: Purchase order management and supplier tracking. Invoicing: Creation and management of Delivery Invoices and Tax Invoices. Accounting: Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tracking. 5. HR & Payroll Workforce Management: Basic HR management, attendance tracking, and performance appraisal modules. Payroll: Streamlined payroll calculation for both white-collar and blue-collar workforce categories. Preferred Tech Stack Frontend: React (Vite), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), TypeScript, Material UI (MUI), Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3 Backend: Node.js, TypeScript Database: SQL Server UI/UX Requirements: Fully responsive design optimized across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices. Qualifications & Requirements Proven track record building complex Multi-Tenant SaaS / ERP applications. Strong background in database design, complex state management, and enterprise system integration. Ability to provide clear, transparent communication and maintain a continuous delivery pipeline. High code quality, detailed technical documentation, and focus on scalable system architecture.
