Full Stack Developer for AI built architecture and security review

A full stack developer to do a security review of an AI made software application and need to review authentication and authorization, secrets/API key handling, input validation, and known vulnerabilities in dependencies — roughly the OWASP Top 10. Also an architecture review answering "will this hold up as it grows, and what would be expensive to fix later?". Also a code quality pass flagging anything fragile, duplicated, or broken. The deliverable is a written report with findings ranked by severity (critical / important / nice-to-have), and with this a video call to walk me through it.
