Full-Stack Developer for AI Integration Project - Potential for Ongoing Work

We are respond.io, a customer conversation management platform that helps B2C businesses manage customer conversations across messaging, calls, CRM integrations and AI Agents. We are looking for a full-stack developer with practical AI experience to add a Conversation Review & Coaching module to our existing application. The module will: 1. Process selected customer conversations in the background 2. Score conversations against configurable sales and support criteria 3. Flag missed questions, weak follow-ups and potential policy issues 4. Generate summaries, suggested next actions and coaching feedback 5. Display individual and team-level insights in a review dashboard You will work on the React/TypeScript frontend, backend APIs, database changes, background processing and LLM integration. This is an existing production application, so experience adding features to a mature codebase is important. We are looking for someone with experience in: Full-stack SaaS development React, TypeScript and Node.js PostgreSQL and background jobs OpenAI, Claude or similar LLM APIs Structured outputs, prompt evaluation and AI cost control API integrations, testing and production deployment This will begin as a clearly defined paid module, with potential for ongoing work. You will work directly with our product and engineering team.
