Full-Stack Developer Needed for AI Chatbot & Admin Dashboard for Car Dealership Website

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build an AI-powered chatbot for a car dealership website, along with a secure admin dashboard where our team can manage leads, conversations, vehicle listings, and chatbot activity. The chatbot will be connected to the dealership website and should answer customer questions, recommend relevant vehicles, collect lead information, and guide users toward booking a call, requesting more details, or visiting the dealership. All customer leads, chatbot conversations, vehicle data, and activity should be visible inside the admin dashboard. Main Responsibilities • Build and integrate an AI chatbot into the existing dealership website • Connect the chatbot with dealership vehicle listings and business information • Recommend vehicles based on budget, model, brand, features, and customer preferences • Capture customer details such as name, email, phone number, budget, and vehicle interest • Store and display complete chatbot conversation history • Build a responsive admin dashboard • Manage leads, conversations, vehicles, and chatbot activity • Send email notifications for new or high-intent leads • Connect lead data with Google Sheets • Build automation workflows using n8n • Implement secure admin authentication and access control • Use Supabase for the database • Ensure the system is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain Required Technology Stack • Next.js • React • Tailwind CSS • Supabase • Gemini API • n8n • Google Sheets • Email integration Required Experience The freelancer should have: • At least three completed full-stack projects • Experience building multiple AI-powered applications • Strong experience with Next.js, React, Supabase, and API integrations • Experience with AI chatbots, RAG systems, vector search, or embeddings • Experience building admin dashboards • Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools • Live project links or verifiable proof of previous work • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code • Good communication and regular progress updates Budget The budget is $10-$15 per hour, depending on the freelancer’s experience, technical ability, and portfolio.
