Full Stack Developer / React Developer for AI-powered SaaS Platform ( Node.js , Supabase , Next.js )

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer React Node, React Developer, SaaS Developer with Next.js and Supabase expertise to join our team and help build an enterprise-grade AI operations platform for voice agents, enabling businesses to deploy, monitor and optimize AI-driven customer interactions at scale The role involves developing and maintaining our Web Application / SaaS platform as frontend developer and backend developer, ensuring seamless integration with voice AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI Development and SaaS platforms / SaaS Development, with a strong understanding of full-stack development. Responsibilities: - Design and implement automated evaluation systems for AI agents, including prompt validation, tool-call accuracy, and conversation quality scoring using LLM-based evaluation patterns. - As a Web Developer Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for real-time voice interactions, ensuring high reliability under strict latency constraints. - Optimize backend performance and external API integrations to support time-sensitive workflows (e.g., live call systems) as node.js developer. - Develop observability and auditing systems to track agent behavior, configuration changes, and system events in real time as AI Developer - Architect and implement secure access control systems, including organization lifecycle management and role-based restrictions. - Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., property management systems like AppFolio) and design user-facing dashboards for enterprise clients. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve the platform into a production-ready, enterprise-grade system. Key Projects You’ll Work On - AI App Development: Automated AI Agent Evaluation Framework with LLM-as-a-judge scoring and regression detection - Web Development: High-performance API orchestration layer with caching, async processing, and failure handling. - Real-time event pipeline powering audit logs and live activity feeds. - Enterprise dashboards for tenant/payment data with optimized data loading strategies. - Organization lifecycle management system with strict security enforcement.
