Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript)

What you’ll build Pharmacy portal: - validation queue, dispensing, inventory, controlled-drug register, dispatch - Medication payments and treatment subscriptions (Stripe PaymentIntents, Subscriptions, webhooks, refunds, dunning) - Order fulfilment with tracking linkage - CRM/support cases, patient timeline events, and admin/ops controls - Related notifications (email/SMS) and audit logging - Correct RBAC, including pharmacy staff with MFA Stack: - TypeScript, Node/Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL - Next.js / React - Auth0 (roles, MFA) - Stripe - AWS (ECS, secrets, IAM), Terraform, GitHub Actions Must have: - Strong TypeScript and Express/API design - Strong Prisma/Postgres modelling and transactional workflows - Strong Stripe experience (subscriptions + webhooks, not just one-off charges) - Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege access - Comfortable reading and implementing detailed product/engineering specs and state machine
