We're expanding our engineering team and are looking for talented Full Stack Software Engineers to help build and scale enterprise applications used across one of the largest automotive groups in the region.
This is NOT a short-term freelance project.
We're looking for developers who want to become part of a long-term engineering team, contribute to meaningful software, and grow with us as our platform continues to evolve.
You'll work directly with our engineering leadership and collaborate with developers across multiple countries to build modern web applications that support real business operations.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking engineers who:
Write clean, maintainable code
Think critically and solve problems independently
Communicate effectively in English
Can participate in daily team meetings
Are comfortable working with Git and pull requests
Want long-term work rather than short freelance engagements
Work Schedule
We work primarily during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Applicants should have at least 4–5 hours of overlap with our workday to support collaboration, standups, and code reviews.
Compensation
$11–18 USD/hour based on experience and technical ability.
Higher rates may be considered for exceptional candidates or local applicants.
We guarantee 40 hours per week.
Developers who wish to work additional hours are welcome to do so based on project needs—there is no fixed maximum.
