Full Stack Software Engineer (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS) | Long-Term Opportunity

We're expanding our engineering team and are looking for talented Full Stack Software Engineers to help build and scale enterprise applications used across one of the largest automotive groups in the region. This is NOT a short-term freelance project. We're looking for developers who want to become part of a long-term engineering team, contribute to meaningful software, and grow with us as our platform continues to evolve. You'll work directly with our engineering leadership and collaborate with developers across multiple countries to build modern web applications that support real business operations. What You'll Build You'll help develop and maintain enterprise applications including: Internal business applications Analytics dashboards Workflow automation API integrations Administrative portals Data-driven reporting tools New platform features from concept through deployment Required Skills Front End React JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 Back End Node.js Express.js REST APIs Database PostgreSQL SQL Cloud & DevOps AWS Git/GitHub CI/CD concepts Nice to Have Next.js Docker Prisma AWS EC2 AWS RDS AWS S3 Authentication systems Enterprise software experience What We're Looking For We're seeking engineers who: Write clean, maintainable code Think critically and solve problems independently Communicate effectively in English Can participate in daily team meetings Are comfortable working with Git and pull requests Want long-term work rather than short freelance engagements Work Schedule We work primarily during U.S. Central Time business hours. Applicants should have at least 4–5 hours of overlap with our workday to support collaboration, standups, and code reviews. Compensation $11–18 USD/hour based on experience and technical ability. Higher rates may be considered for exceptional candidates or local applicants. We guarantee 40 hours per week. Developers who wish to work additional hours are welcome to do so based on project needs—there is no fixed maximum. Hiring Process Qualified candidates will complete: 1. Resume review 2.
