GTM Engineer / Solutions Architect

Founding GTM Engineer / Solutions Architect SynapCores SynapCores is building an AI-native data operating system that unifies SQL, vector search, graph traversal, machine learning, semantic reasoning, and multimodal AI into a single engine. We are looking for a Founding GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, customer discovery, architecture, and technical storytelling. This is not a traditional SDR or sales role. You will work directly with the founder to help shape the future of the platform, onboard design partners, build proof-of-concepts, create technical demos, and help enterprises solve difficult AI data challenges. If you enjoy building, experimenting, presenting, and solving hard technical problems, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Work directly with design partners and early adopters Build real-world demos and proof-of-concepts Create reference architectures and integration examples Help customers onboard and deploy SynapCores Run technical discovery calls Translate business problems into technical solutions Assist with developer onboarding and support Build AI workflows, GraphRAG pipelines, semantic search systems, and agentic architectures Create technical content, tutorials, demos, and example projects Support integration partners and ecosystem growth Work closely with engineering to relay product feedback from the field Help define go-to-market strategy for the platform What We’re Looking For Strong engineering background Experience building backend systems or distributed systems Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, vector databases, GraphRAG, RAG, or data infrastructure Comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking Ability to move fast with limited structure Self-driven and execution-focused Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment Requirements Nice To Have Experience with databases or query engines Experience with LangChain, Ollama, llama.cpp, or AI orchestration frameworks Experience creating technical demos or developer-focused content Open-source contributions Startup experience Tech Stack SQL Vector Search Graph Querying AI/ML LLM Inference Docker Linux Node.js SDK Python SDK Important We strongly prefer builders.
