Healthcare Data Analyst | SQL, Python, Power BI Dashboard & Healthcare Insights

Project Description We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help analyze healthcare datasets and build interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for hospital management and clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare or medical datasets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively through reports and visualizations. Project Scope You will work with patient, appointment, billing, and treatment datasets to: Clean and preprocess raw healthcare data. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA). Identify trends, anomalies, and operational bottlenecks. Build SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Develop interactive Power BI dashboards. Generate KPIs and business insights. Provide recommendations to improve hospital efficiency and patient outcomes. Responsibilities Import and clean datasets using Python (Pandas) or SQL. Handle missing values, duplicates, and inconsistent records. Design optimized SQL queries. Analyze: Patient admissions Readmission rates Disease distribution Doctor utilization Appointment cancellations Bed occupancy Revenue trends Insurance claims Create Power BI dashboards with filters and drill-through capabilities. Document methodology and findings.
