HR / Recruitment Specialist – EMEA Region (Fixed Fee + Monthly Commission)

I am a web developer specializing in Laravel and PHP, and I am looking for an experienced HR professional or Recruiter with deep knowledge of the EMEA job market (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to help me secure a job offer from a company in this region. My target is to land a remote or hybrid role with a minimum monthly salary of $2,700 USD. I will rely on you completely for applications, negotiations, and all communications with employers until I sign the final contract. --- Payment Structure (Milestone-Based): This project is divided into clear, highly profitable stages for you as my recruiting partner: 1. Milestone 1 (Fixed Payment): $300 USD – Paid immediately upon receiving my first official Job Offer from any company in the EMEA region, regardless of whether I accept or decline it. 2. Milestone 2 (Monthly Commission – The Main Reward): Once I accept an offer and start working, I will keep a base salary of $2,700 USD** per month. **Any amount above $2,700 will be split 50/50 between us – you get half, and I get half, paid to you monthly for the entire duration of my employment contract with the company. Examples to illustrate: · If you secure me an offer at $3,000** → I take $2,700 + $150, and you take **$150/month. · If you secure me an offer at $3,500** → I take $2,700 + $400, and you take **$400/month. · If you secure me an offer at $4,000** → I take $2,700 + $650, and you take **$650/month.
