Internal Portal and App Build

We want to build a secure franchisee portal that has tools and apps inside, starting with an Applicant Tracking System that automatically captures candidates from our existing careers pages and lets franchisees manage their own applicants while corporate gets system-wide read-only oversight. Built on our Microsoft 365 / Azure stack and designed for long-term in-house maintenance, with room to add more internal apps later.
