TOOLS
We're going to create a new page dedicated to tools. This page can be linked to a project or left with a blank name. This page will be in the web app (below "Projects") and also in the mobile app. We'll then have an "Add new tools" button. With this button, we create tools (for example, hammer, saw, ruler, trash bag, etc.). You can assign a picture and a number to each tool; so if you have 3 hammers, it will display "3 hammers". You can then assign them to already active projects or simply add another name, like "Box 1". You can also generate a QR code (this is almost exclusively for when you have boxes), but it's useful when you have 6 boxes in front of you and you want to know what's inside. You scan the QR code, and it takes you to the app, telling you what's inside. You also have a search bar, so if I type "hammer," it will give me all the locations that have a hammer. This is a page on the web app but also on the mobile app. For example, only the admin can add/modify things. In the mobile app (for employees), you can only see and select a button when a tool is missing/broken, etc. (For example, if we run out of trash bags, the employee selects "missing," and then it's marked in red on the tools page of the project/box, and it sends a notification to the admin.) You can use the app I sent you to copy a bit.
I also want us to add a feature to the app's project section so employees can take photos and assign them to a project. They can then go to the project and add photos (like a small photo album). They can also write a short message with the photo. The admin can also add photos via the web app, for example, the project plan, and employees can add photos of extras or issues related to the project to keep everything in one place. So we'll add a small section to view all of this.
