# Junior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Assistant We are looking for a junior full-stack developer who can work directly with our Founder/CEO in a hands-on technical support, QA, code review, troubleshooting, and product development role. This is not a passive development role where you simply receive tickets and work independently. You must be comfortable being on the phone for extended periods of time, working in real time, reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, testing product flows, researching solutions, and helping guide technical decisions. ## Role Overview You will work directly with the Founder/CEO for approximately 4–8 hours per day as needed. The work may include live screen-sharing, phone calls, reviewing code, walking through dashboards, testing user flows, identifying bugs, documenting issues, reviewing developer work, researching new product features, and helping with R&D. You must be able to think clearly, communicate well, explain technical issues in plain English, and work quickly without needing constant direction. ## Required Technical Experience You must have full-stack web application development experience, including experience with: * React front end * Node.js back end * REST APIs * SQL databases, including AWS RDS/PostgreSQL * MongoDB * AWS infrastructure * GitHub * Deployment workflows * Environment variables and secrets management * Twilio or similar telephony systems * IVR/call-flow logic * SMS and voice integrations * QA testing and bug reporting * Reading and understanding existing codebases Experience with real-time communications, phone systems, speech recognition, text messaging, billing systems, admin dashboards, or AI integrations is a strong plus. ## Responsibilities Your responsibilities may include: * Reviewing existing code with the Founder/CEO * Performing QA testing across the web app, admin dashboard, and phone system * Testing user flows from both the customer and admin side * Reviewing bugs and helping determine the likely cause * Researching technical solutions * Reviewing new product ideas and helping determine feasibility * Helping document issues clearly for senior developers * Testing Twilio/telephony call flows, SMS flows, voicemail flows, and related features * Reviewing AWS, database, and deployment-related issues * Helping with product development, R&D, and system improvements * Explaining technical issues in plain English * Staying available by phone during scheduled working hours ## Communication Requirement You must be comfortable being on the phone for 4–8 hours per day when needed. This role requires real-time communication, live troubleshooting, and active collaboration. You must have: * Fluent English * A quiet work environment * Reliable high-speed internet * A reliable laptop or desktop computer * A good headset * Ability to screen share and communicate clearly ## Type of Candidate We Want We are looking for someone who is technical, dependable, honest, fast-moving, and willing to learn. You do not need to be a senior engineer, but you must have real full-stack development experience and be capable of understanding a modern production web application. You should be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to help research, troubleshoot, document, and move faster. ## To Apply Please reply with: 1.
