Lead Engineer — take over a revenue-generating AI creative system

I run an automated creative production system for my e-commerce brands: ~290K lines of Python orchestrating LLM agents that research, write, produce, and launch Meta ads, then learn from performance data. Six-figure ad spend runs through it. I built it in 4 months working with AI coding agents. It works and makes money — and it's grown past what one founder should be engineering alone. I'm hiring the engineer who owns it: finish the unbuilt parts, harden what breaks, expand it brand by brand. I stay the operator and creative director. You own the codebase, the infrastructure, and the technical roadmap with me. The work: Python, Notion + Meta APIs, LLM pipelines (Claude/Gemini/GPT), moving the system onto proper CI, backups, and monitoring. You'll work with AI coding agents daily — your leverage is direction and review, not typing every line.
