We're a national sustainability company building an AI-native operations stack — 20+ agents, a human-in-the-loop task system, live AWS infrastructure, and automations running across every department. It's in production. It's real. We're scaling it fast. We need one person to own it. Not just build — own. Lead delivery, manage two part-time bot builders, report directly to the CEO. Our architect (Daniel) has built a strong foundation. What's missing is the person with their hand on the wheel. The stack (all in production): ECS Fargate · DynamoDB · SQS + Lambda · API Gateway · Cognito · Bedrock (Claude Sonnet 4) · CodePipeline · n8n · Airtable · NestJS + Next.js · HubSpot · Node/TypeScript What you'll do: Lead a concrete 2.5-week sprint to get 20+ AI bots live with full HITL across Sales, Finance, and Operations Close open infrastructure items: callback wiring, re-suggest endpoint, Cognito SSO, Redis/BullMQ Build and extend secure API endpoints (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS services) Migrate workflows from n8n / Make.com / Airtable into AWS Extend our client portal (portal.happenventures.com — Amplify, Google login, live) Manage two part-time bot builders — daily standups, assignments, unblocking Daily EOD report to the CEO You're the right person if: You've shipped production AWS: ECS Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Cognito — not just tutorials You're full-stack or deep backend with enough frontend to be self-sufficient in Next.js / NestJS You have PM instincts — you keep teams moving, flag blockers before they cost days You work from goals, not specs Node/TypeScript fluent, comfortable in Python Bonus: n8n, Airtable, or Make.com experience The deal: Starts as a contract (~40 hrs/week). Full-time for the right person. Clear path to CTO as we grow. To apply: Share an AWS project you've shipped (specific — what's live in production today), how you'd approach the first 3 days, and your hourly rate.
