Live Video & Audio Recording at Winery

I play tenor sax and sing to mostly swing standards. I need someone to record live video and great audio on one of three dates at the Bella Vista Winery, in their Speak Easy room. I will be there from 5-8 and need just 20 minutes of filming, again with great audio...
