We are seeking an experienced iOS/App Store publishing specialist who has successfully resolved Apple Guideline 4.3(a) – Design – Spam rejections.
Project Overview
We have developed a Flutter-based VPN application that is already available on another major mobile platform. However, for more than three months, we have been unable to get it approved for the Apple App Store.
Apple has repeatedly rejected the app under Guideline 4.3(a), stating that it is too similar to other apps in terms of binary, metadata, or overall concept.
What We've Already Tried
Rebuilt the application from scratch.
Redesigned the user interface multiple times.
Updated code and assets across several submissions.
Made various changes based on previous review feedback.
Despite these efforts, the app continues to receive the same rejection.
What We Need
We are looking for an expert who can:
Review our Flutter project and App Store submission.
Identify the root cause of the repeated 4.3(a) rejection.
Recommend or implement changes needed to satisfy Apple's review requirements.
Guide us through the review process until the application is approved.
Provide advice on communicating effectively with the App Review team when necessary.
Important: The app must be published using our own Apple Developer account.
When Applying, Please Include
Your experience handling Apple App Store Guideline 4.3(a) or similar rejections.
Examples of successful approvals you have helped achieve (where possible).
Your initial opinion on what may be causing this type of rejection.
The strategy you would follow to maximize the chances of approval.
Your estimated timeline for completing the work.
Your pricing (fixed price or hourly rate).
We are specifically looking for someone with practical experience resolving these issues, not just general iOS development experience.
