Key Responsibilities Software Design and Development: Conceptualize, architect, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and reusable Python code tailored to meet specific business objectives and technical requirements. Develop and maintain robust web applications, internal administrative tools, and system automation scripts to streamline operational workflows. Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve overall system performance, readability, and long-term maintainability. Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing system architecture, API endpoints, and development workflows for internal team reference. System Integration and Data Management: Design and implement seamless integrations with external systems, third-party APIs, and enterprise software solutions. Construct and maintain efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading pipelines to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure the strict implementation of data security protocols, encryption standards, and privacy regulations across all applications and databases. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms for large-scale applications. Testing, Debugging, and Deployment: Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and system design to deployment and post-release monitoring. Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including writing extensive unit, integration, and system tests, to guarantee software reliability and minimize production defects. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, system bottlenecks, and software bugs reported in both staging and production environments. Collaborate with operations and deployment teams to streamline release processes and ensure the continuous, stable delivery of software updates. Requirements & Qualifications Professional Experience and Core Technical Competencies: A minimum of three to five years of proven professional experience as a Software Developer with a primary focus on Python programming. Exceptional proficiency in Python 3, demonstrating a profound understanding of object-oriented programming, functional programming paradigms, and core language mechanics including memory management and asynchronous execution. Extensive practical experience utilizing modern Python frameworks, specifically Django, FastAPI, or Flask, for building highly scalable web services and applications. Demonstrated expertise in designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL, alongside advanced utilization of Object-Relational Mapping tools to handle complex data relationships. Advanced proficiency with distributed version control systems, specifically Git, encompassing branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and collaborative workflows on platforms like GitHub or GitLab. Analytical and Methodological Skills: In-depth knowledge of software architectural patterns, RESTful API design principles, and modern microservices architecture. Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within Scrum frameworks. Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Prior exposure to cloud computing environments, specifically Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including the deployment and management of cloud-native applications. Practical experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms, notably Docker and Kubernetes, to facilitate scalable deployments. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies, utilizing tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI to automate testing and release pipelines. Experience implementing and managing message brokers and distributed task queues, such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Celery, for asynchronous processing. A foundational understanding of data science libraries or data manipulation tools, such as Pandas or NumPy, to assist with specialized data-driven projects.
