Mobile App & Web Developer for Long-Term Agency Partnership

We are an established agency looking for an experienced Mobile Application and Web Developer to join our team as a long-term, project-based partner. This is not a one-time development job. We are looking for a reliable professional who can represent our agency during the bidding, client communication, technical consultation, and project delivery process. The selected developer will be added to our Upwork agency as an official agency member. Their professional experience, technical skills, portfolio, and agency profile may be presented when submitting proposals for suitable development projects. Role and Responsibilities The developer will be expected to: Work with our agency on mobile application and web development projects. Participate in relevant project bidding opportunities through our agency. Help us review job requirements and determine the appropriate technical solution. Provide realistic project estimates, timelines, milestones, and technical recommendations. Attend client interviews, discovery calls, and technical meetings when required. Represent our agency professionally during communication with potential and existing clients. Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve mobile and web applications. Provide regular progress updates and communicate any risks or delays in advance. Cooperate with our project managers, designers, developers, and other team members. Maintain confidentiality regarding our clients, proposals, pricing, projects, and internal processes. Remain available for agreed meetings and project responsibilities. Important Information About the Agency Relationship The selected developer will become an authorized member of our Upwork agency. We may include the developer’s agency profile, portfolio, experience, and technical qualifications in proposals for projects that match their expertise. The developer may also be asked to: Support the preparation of technical proposals. Answer technical questions before a contract is awarded. Join client interviews as our technical representative. Recommend the best technologies and development approach. Confirm availability and estimated delivery schedules. Take responsibility for delivering projects awarded based on their expertise. All bidding, communication, and project activity must follow Upwork’s policies. We will not request account passwords, profile credentials, or unauthorized access to any personal Upwork account. Required Technical Experience We are interested in developers with strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Mobile Application Development Flutter React Native Native Android development using Kotlin or Java Native iOS development using Swift Cross-platform mobile application development REST API and third-party service integrations Firebase and push notifications Payment gateway integration App Store and Google Play publishing Mobile application maintenance and performance optimization Web Development React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, Django, or similar backend technologies WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems Responsive front-end development RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Database development using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies Cloud deployment and server management Payment gateway and subscription integration Website security, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting You do not need to specialize in every technology listed above. However, you must have proven experience and be able to clearly explain your strongest technical areas.
