Motorcycle Electrical Troubleshooting Needed

Need motorcycle electrical issue diagnosed. Bought a 06 big dog choppers pitbull and was told the connector to the stop/run button just needs to be wiggled to start. Its day 4 after i bought it and its still at the old owners because I can not get it to spark...
