Need a dev to improve our AI customer support chatbot (Next.js + Python)

We already have a customer support chatbot that is working. It answers questions from our own documents (our FAQ, shipping, return policy, that kind of thing) and it shows where the answer came from. The frontend is Next.js (TypeScript, Tailwind) and the backend is Python. There is also a small admin page where we upload documents and check the questions people asked. So this is not a new project from zero, it already runs, we just want to make it better. A few things we want to do: - Right now when a customer asks something, they wait, then the full answer shows at once. We want it to come out slowly like it is typing, same feeling like ChatGPT. I think this is the main work. - We want a simple thumbs up / thumbs down on the answers, so we can know which answers are good and which are not. And maybe show some small numbers in the admin (how many good, how many bad). - Small fix in the admin when we open a document, not so important but nice to have. We are not 100% technical on our side so we cannot explain every detail here, but previous dev wrote really good code and we can share it, and we can explain more in chat. The important thing is it should keep working like now (answer only from our documents, and if it does not know, it says so, don't let it make up things, we'll improve it in the next phase). Looking for someone who really knows Next.js and Python and has done AI / chatbot type work before (something with documents / RAG). If you also did admin dashboards before that is a plus. Timeline maybe around one week, we like to start soon.
