Need someone to fully manage my TikTok Shop everything, A to Z

I'll be straight with you: I started this shop months ago, it's making sales, but I have a full time job and another business and I just can't give it the attention it needs anymore. Stuff is slipping through the cracks — messages sit unanswered, I haven't touched affiliates in weeks, and I only notice problems after they've already hurt my metrics. So I'm looking for one person (or small team, whatever) to basically run the whole thing: keep the shop healthy — watch the score, handle violations before they snowball, make sure nothing gets us flagged orders and customer service, returns, all that daily stuff affiliates — finding creators, samples, follow ups, keeping the ones that convert happy ads when it makes sense, don't burn money just to "test" listings — keep them optimized, add new products when I send them over tell me what's happening once a week, short and honest, good or bad Basically I want to check my phone, see the weekly update, and know the shop is in good hands. That's the dream. I know this is a lot so I'm not expecting it for peanuts. Tell me your monthly rate for something like this and what shops you've managed before, results included. If you've only ever done one piece of this (just ads, just VA work) this probably isn't the fit, no hard feelings. One thing — I've had "gurus" before who talked big and delivered nothing, so I'll probably start with a 2 week trial period. If you're actually good you won't mind that.
