I'm building Fiberlyflow, an ERP/billing platform for Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
in Pakistan. The MVP focuses on automating billing and network control via MikroTik
routers — replacing the manual Excel/WhatsApp workflows ISPs currently use.
Tech stack: NestJS (backend), PostgreSQL, Next.js (admin dashboard), Redis + BullMQ
for background jobs. Mobile apps come in a later phase.
Phase 1 scope (single-tenant MVP):
- Customer management (CNIC, package assignment, location, status)
- Package management (speed tiers, pricing, validity, FUP)
- MikroTik RouterOS API integration — PPPoE create/suspend/restore, speed profiles
- Invoice generation + automated billing cron jobs
- Payment recording with auto-enable/disable of customer connections
- SMS notifications (bill due, payment received, disconnect alerts)
- Basic roles/permissions (Owner, Manager, Accountant, Tech)
- Simple dashboard (revenue, active customers, defaulters)
What I'm looking for:
- Proven experience with NestJS + PostgreSQL backend architecture
- Experience with any network/router API integration (MikroTik RouterOS API is a
strong plus; SNMP or general network automation experience is also relevant)
- Comfortable building admin dashboards in Next.js
- Experience with cron-based billing/invoicing logic
- Clear async communication — I will provide a full technical specification document
Deliverable: A working single-tenant MVP covering the items above, deployable on a
Linux VPS.
Please share relevant past projects, especially anything involving billing systems,
ISP/telecom software, or router/network automation.
