Ongoing Contract Engineer for PrimeReception

I am the founder of PrimeReception, an AI powered after hours phone intake service for personal injury law firms. When a firm's office closes, our agent answers their calls, collects the caller's situation, and delivers a triaged record to the firm by morning. The product is built and validated on live test calls; we are in final prep for our first paying pilot. I am a solo non technical founder and I am looking for an ongoing contract engineer to be my technical partner in getting this launched and growing: hardening the system for production, testing and shipping changes safely, and eventually building the onboarding automation that lets us add firms quickly. The stack: Node on Render, ElevenLabs conversational agents connected through Twilio, a custom LLM endpoint using the Anthropic API, Supabase Postgres, Redis, and a React Native Expo dashboard on Vercel. What the work looks like: 1. Near term: verify and ship privacy and reliability changes, for example testing ElevenLabs Zero Retention Mode against our webhook pipeline, implementing call disclosure requirements, and tightening the notification path. 2. Ongoing: roughly 10 to 20 hours a month of maintenance, small features, and launch support, with more during pushes. Long term potential to build per firm provisioning automation as we scale. You are probably a fit if: 1. You have shipped something real on Twilio Voice or a conversational AI platform such as ElevenLabs, Vapi, or Retell, and can tell me about it specifically. 2. You are comfortable being the senior technical voice in the room, explaining tradeoffs in plain English to a non technical founder. 3. You write things down: findings, changes, and reasons, so the system stays understandable. 4. You treat production carefully. We work on staging, we test, then we ship. Process: a short intro call, then a paid trial task from our real backlog (bounded, roughly 4 to 6 hours at your rate), then ongoing work if we are both happy.
