Ongoing Data Researcher: Collect, Clean & Deliver Structured Business Datasets on a Weekly Basis

We run a B2B outreach operation and need someone who can consistently deliver fresh, clean, structured data every week. We do not need a scraper built for us — we need the actual data delivered in a ready-to-use format (Excel / Google Sheets). Think of this as a retainer: we send you a target list of sources, you send us the data. We’ve tried hiring cheap VA teams before but data quality was terrible. We need someone who understands data structure, knows how to deduplicate and validate records, and can commit to a weekly cadence without hand-holding. WEEKLY DELIVERABLES • Deliver from 6K to 10K records from agreed target sources (websites, directories, marketplaces) • Data must be clean: no duplicates, no broken fields, consistent formatting across all columns • Validate key fields (emails, phone numbers, URLs) before each delivery • Deliver in Excel or Google Sheets with column schema agreed upfront • Provide a weekly brief summary: sources covered, records collected, anomalies flagged • Adapt targeting criteria as our campaigns evolve week to week
