Product Engineer for AI assisted software development (requires immediate availability)

Hi I'm looking for a skilled and independent Product Engineer for multiple long-term software development projects. I'm interested in building a long-term collaboration with someone who can consistently deliver high-quality results at a fast pace. The work primarily involves straightforward programming, debugging, optimization, and continuous product improvements using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude. What I'm looking for: - Immediate availability and fast delivery: You must be able to start immediately and maintain a high-frequency milestone delivery cadence. - Independent thinking and product engineering mindset: Someone who understands the bigger picture, thinks critically, makes sensible technical decisions, and proactively develops solutions rather than simply executing instructions. - End-to-end ownership: Someone who delivers fully functional, thoroughly tested solutions, takes work off my plate, and minimizes rather than creates additional effort. What I'm explicitly not looking for: - AI slop will not be accepted. Simply feeding my instructions into an AI tool and returning the generated output without proper understanding, validation, and testing is not what I'm looking for. I can do that myself :) AI-assisted development is absolutely welcome and encouraged. What matters is the ability to use these tools effectively while taking genuine ownership of the results
