python

I'm looking for a Python developer to build a simple web application that runs 24/7 on my Linux server. The application's purpose is to collect and store historical price data from Polymarket prediction markets. Requirements * Python backend (FastAPI or Flask preferred) * Runs on Ubuntu/Linux * Open-source technologies only * SQLite database * Responsive web interface accessible through a browser * Simple installation instructions Features * Add a market by entering its URL or Market ID. * Display a list of all tracked markets. * Start or stop tracking any market. * Must be able to track multiple events at same time Data Collection * Collect the latest prices automatically every few seconds (configurable). Record the following: * Timestamp * Team A price * Team B price * Save every record to the database. Historical View For every tracked market I want to: * Open the market history. * Display an interactive line chart showing Team A and Team B prices over time. * Zoom in and out. * Hover over any point to see: * Timestamp * Team A price * Team B price Data Export * Export all collected data for a selected market as CSV. Dashboard Display: * Number of tracked markets * Database size * Last successful update * Tracking status for each market Technical Requirements * Clean, well-organized code * Comments where appropriate * README with installation instructions * No paid libraries * No Docker required * The application must continue collecting data even if the browser is closed. This is Version 1 only. I plan to expand the project later, so clean and modular code is important. Please note that in polymarket there are different sets of events you can track, there are things where you just track YES and NO. There are things where you can bet on Team A or Team B. There are times you can bet for Team A or Team B to win or to lose or to draw for instance in football. So make sure you cover that part.
