We pick up materials from Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards and Ace Hardware and deliver them directly to job sites. We serve Springfield, Nixa and Ozark MO with plans to expand across Missouri. --- **What We Already Have Done:** ✅ Fully designed React prototype of the customer app (store browsing, categories, subcategories, length & species tabs, cart, checkout, order tracking, full auth flow with Apple & Google sign in) ✅ Fully designed React prototype of the driver app (order management, PEX card display, earnings tracking, proof of delivery, online/offline toggle) ✅ Live admin dashboard at buildfastdeliveryadmin.com connected to Firebase with real time orders, drivers and customers ✅ Firebase project already set up with orders, drivers and customers collections ✅ Driver recruitment page live at buildfastdeliverydriver.com ✅ Main landing page live at buildfastdelivery.com ✅ App icons and full branding complete ✅ Business logic defined — fee structure, driver pay split, store locations ✅ Apple Developer account and Google Play Console account set up --- **What We Need Built:** 1. Convert our React prototypes into a real React Native app for iOS and Android 2. Connect customer app to Firebase — real order placement, live order tracking, push notifications 3. Connect driver app to Firebase — order acceptance, status updates, earnings tracking 4. Integrate Square payments for customer checkout 5. Integrate PEX Card API to auto load driver cards when they accept an order 6. Real time GPS tracking — customer sees driver moving on map live 7. Push notifications — new orders to drivers, delivery updates to customers 8. Connect Formspree driver applications to Firebase automatically 9.
