The platform allows users to create AI-enhanced career profiles, upload resumes, discover employment opportunities, and connect directly with employers through a streamlined hiring experience. The initial launch strategy is focused on rapidly growing a large candidate database before expanding employer-facing services and premium recruiting features. The platform is already live and functional but requires an experienced Full-Stack AI SaaS Developer to help improve performance, scalability, automation, and future feature development.
